Flakes!
Both dudes flaked on me! No worries, I will get them later. I did the run and the playground session and was wasted the next day. Totally sore and feeling great. I will do again soon. Been running a little this week. Did the four and a half on Sunday, three and a half Tuesday, one today, and will get at least five tomorrow. Did deadlifts, hanging cleans, dumbell pullovers, curls, and skulls today - just enough to feel really good. Got to mix in the power moves if you want the entire package (speed, agility, strength, endurance) otherwise you might as well be a body builder, and the last time I checked, I did not get a paycheck for being in the gym. Late!

Flake huh while my good warrior buddy was playing in the park i was gettin some in the steel battle field with an ex nfl lion rippin out 4 sets of 8 100lb dumbell flat bench press 5 sets of 5 wide grip pull ups dont forget the 30 il dumbell in my legs 4 sets of 8 lat pull downs @ 120 lbs explosion push ups till almost giveing up lunch and at the end of the week this old fatman will get 2.8 miles of trail running with some teens get some of that my beastly freinds lets keep the motivation high and put the foam weight babys to shame.
