Are you a better man today than you were yesterday? Ask yourself that question all day and see how you feel. Self reflection is the begginning of growth.

id have to say that i feel good in my skin but it does start with self reflection also might i add that the pull ups dips push up dead, bench, squat work outs are like the fountain of youth
30 Plus Fit was created to counter the unrealistic fitness of those men and women in the magazines. Understand that they get paid to look as they do for the magazines. Most of us work 8-10 hours a day and have families, so our workouts are few and far between. If we have a consistent workout schedule, it usually takes place at 4 o'clock in the morning or at 10 o'clock in the evening. Realistically, we work out for 30 minutes a day, or if we work out a few times a week, the sessions could be upwards of an hour or more. The idea is that we learn from each other. I know that I have trained my body to be pretty forgiving to hit the weights anytime. What about you? What time of the day is the best time to train? Do you run? If so, when? What do you eat prior to a run? This is the type of information that can be shared and we can try.
Get some!
