Dude, I agree - quality of mind and self begins with self-reflection. There are so many things out there that can lead us astray, but at the moment of truth, that one instant, we decide our future. Steriods - instant gratification with ever devastating effects. F that!!

dude if i see just one more roid head i might pop. seems to me if you gotta juice then deep inside your a weak body lame. get some like the rest of us protien baby thats all you realy need well me anyway but who am i, Just a 33 year old man whos coming in at 225lb and can run 3 miles in under 24 min. put me up against any cc shooting dork and i will promise ill out lift him any day lol. real warriors work out to survive
