Dudes

Killed it tonight - 5 sets of deads ending at 292 for 2 (not too bad), went to 3 cycles of 10x40 DBell press, 20 pushups, 10 pull-ups; 3 sets of cleans 6x135; to 2 cycles of 10x40 DBell press, 20 push-ups, 10 pull-ups, 10x70lbs press down, 10x95lbs bar curls. I was sweaten' like mad, but now I feel great. Get Some!

killin it dude those heavy deads are the truth. i was pressed for timr the other day and made up another routine that blated me on the smith machine with nothing but the 45 lb bar kinda a round robin of ovehead press bicep curls tricep push ups upright rows each for 25 reps 4 times i got a pretty good buzz doing it i should have added some squats but i will next time. p.s. be on the ready fo the new 30plusfit tee shirts. and always keep hope alive lol
